Shown at top left on each page of your account. The timer (in minutes and seconds) tells you how long until automatic log-out if the system sees there is no activity on the account. You can change the length of the auto log out timer any time and as frequently as you want in Manage Account/Security Settings. When the auto time out period is reached, it reads 'expired' in place of the figures.
This is where you keep information. We give you a set of frequently used headings. Edit their titles and add more folders at any time to suit your needs via Manage Account / Categories.
All notification emails are sent from 'notification@mytsafe.com' Please make sure that your computer does not block this address! If it ends up in your SPAM folder mark it as an acceptable address from which to receive email.
The limit depends on the type of account you purchase. This shows two figures: the maximum number of documents and the overall space available. The limit will always be the lesser of these two.

A simple, instant and utterly secure way for somebody to post a document, photo, presentation, spreadsheet etc. directly into a myTsafe account. It completely avoids all the uncertainty and insecurity of email. Full details at 'Secure e-post' at bottom of Home page.
Yes! You don't need a myTsafe account to use it. To post to an account, you only need the account name. If you have a myTsafe account, you can even post to yourself! Saves having to log on to your account and very useful if you are in a hurry or somewhere where you feel unhappy to open your account.
To ensure that some information (document, photo, notes, presentation, spreadsheet etc) that you want somebody else to see a)gets to them and b)can only be seen via their ultra-secure myTsafe account. Read more at 'Sharing' at bottom of Home page.
Ask for a password reset on the login page.
You will need your security question - created when you set up your myTsafe account. Make sure you can always remember the answer to your security question, you may only use it very infrequently!
The system will then send you an email with a re-activation code. Login with your username and this activation code in the password space. You will be asked to set a fresh password and memorable word so that you can access your account again.
