Secure e-Post

E-post - the instant and ultra secure way of getting a document, photo etc directly to somebody.

Avoids all the insecurities and problems of email.

Email leaves copies with your ISPs (internet service provider).
With e-Post only the sender and the recipient have copies.

Email requires recipient to confirm receipt.

e-Post provides confirmed delivery.

  Use myTsafe e-Post worldwide.

Ask anybody to send you things by e-Post. Its easy and ultra secure - beats email any time.  Just give them your myTsafe account name and direct them to the postbox on this website (it's on every page)

e-Post is ideal for:
  • Sending sensitive, personal or confidential information.
  • Certainty that the intended person – a friend, your family, a colleague or a business associate - receives the documents, photos etc. and nobody else.
  • Peace of mind that the information you post to the recipient has arrived & is stored securely.
  • Posting large files  – personal or business documents, photos etc. - and not being stopped by an email file size limit.
How to use e-Post

For the person e-posting

Use 'Postbox' button and fill in form:
  • First complete the Account Username to which items are to be posted; the owner of the account needs to give this to you.
  • Enter your own name so the recipient knows who has posted the item/s
  • Enter your own email address so you receive confirmation by email of what you posted, to whom and when.
  • On next page add the item(s) to be posted.
  • Press 'Post' button.

For the recipient:

  • Recipients receive an email informing that an item(s) has been posted to their myTsafe account.  Contains the item(s) title(s), as well as who posted it and when - but no direct link to an item.
  • Login to your account, the item(s) posted are in the Inbox. The notes show when it was placed in the account and by whom and give any message from the person posting.
Note: Emails to the poster and the recipient will be sent from ‘notification@mytsafe.com’ – make sure they are not blocked by any firewalls or anti-SPAM programs.
