To receive items by myTsafe e-post you will need a myTsafe account. But you don't need one to send something to a myTsafe account. So family, friends, colleagues can all ePost something to you if it is confidential or private. All they need to know is your account name. If you're in a hurry and don't want to log on to your account (perhaps because you are somewhere where you feel uncomfortable)you can even ePost to yourself.
Use any standard browser - Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.
Go to login page and press 'Forgotten login details?'
You will need the answer to the security question which you entered when you set up your myTsafe account. (Make sure you can always remember the answer to your security question, you may only use it very infrequently!)
The myTsafe system will then send you an email with a re-activation code. Login with your username and this activation code in the password space. You will then be asked to set a fresh password and memorable word so that you can access your account again.
